This is a Contract/Remote opportunity.

Job Description:

  • Work with Enterprise Accounts $1M and above.
  • Partner with them on their Workfront strategy, adoption, health, growth and other solution-driven needs.
  • Create a regular cadence to meet and work with them.
  • Participate as a member of the Workfront CS Org and collaborate with other CSMs working in this account segment.
  • Provide input and contribution to internal CSM best practices.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of Workfront capabilities and its ability to integrate with other products.
  • Experience as a CSM or Consultant: Customer facing skills, i.e., professional approach, critical thinking, ability to move issues/areas of interest to resolution - ability to interact with other stakeholders on behalf of the customer/account.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $100.00 - $110.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Customer Success: 7 years (Preferred)
  • workfront: 3 years (Required)

Work Location: Remote
