This is a Contract/Remote opportunity.
Job Description:
- Work with Enterprise Accounts $1M and above.
- Partner with them on their Workfront strategy, adoption, health, growth and other solution-driven needs.
- Create a regular cadence to meet and work with them.
- Participate as a member of the Workfront CS Org and collaborate with other CSMs working in this account segment.
- Provide input and contribution to internal CSM best practices.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Workfront capabilities and its ability to integrate with other products.
- Experience as a CSM or Consultant: Customer facing skills, i.e., professional approach, critical thinking, ability to move issues/areas of interest to resolution - ability to interact with other stakeholders on behalf of the customer/account.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $100.00 - $110.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Customer Success: 7 years (Preferred)
- workfront: 3 years (Required)
