Part-time Recruiter
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Recruiter to join our team on a flexible basis. As a Part-Time Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting our recruitment efforts by utilizing your expertise in full-cycle recruiting, database sourcing, and candidate screening. Your primary goal will be to attract and select qualified candidates for various open positions within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates, such as online job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
- Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide timely updates on their application status.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure effective sourcing and selection strategies.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a part-time capacity or project-based role.
- Proven expertise in database sourcing, candidate screening, and interview techniques.
- Familiarity with various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work 20 hours per week or on a project-based schedule based on the number of open positions.
Preferred:
Access to recruitment databases and tools to streamline the sourcing and screening process.
