We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Recruiter to join our team on a flexible basis. As a Part-Time Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting our recruitment efforts by utilizing your expertise in full-cycle recruiting, database sourcing, and candidate screening. Your primary goal will be to attract and select qualified candidates for various open positions within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates, such as online job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
  • Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate relationships and provide timely updates on their application status.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure effective sourcing and selection strategies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a part-time capacity or project-based role.
  • Proven expertise in database sourcing, candidate screening, and interview techniques.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work 20 hours per week or on a project-based schedule based on the number of open positions.

Preferred:

Access to recruitment databases and tools to streamline the sourcing and screening process.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience level:

  • 3 years

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Choose your own hours
