  • Providing a high level of customer service while responding to inbound and outbound chats/ emails and texts.
  • Whether chat agents are contacted by email or live chat, they must make a continual effort to respond to customers as quickly as possible. Once they receive a message from a customer, they must listen carefully to the customer’s question or complaint before following protocol in order to resolve the issue or answer the question.

  • Provide “value-added” customer service by fielding inquiries and addressing customer questions and concerns, all within a timely manner (preferably in the moment) and with a positive attitude.
  • Responding to all chats with great grammar and above average accuracy in typing your notes and responses.
  • Follow all company policies and state and federal laws applicable to debt collection.
  • Overcome objections and negotiate payments to help the customer regain current account status.
  • Attend team meetings; support other company initiatives as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.30 - $22.04 per hour
