Your role:

As our High Call Volume Remote Call Center Agent - Verification Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough and accurate qualification assessments of our callers. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, verifying caller information for accuracy and providing top-notch customer service.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (300-400/day) while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

  • Gather and verify caller information, conducting detailed qualification assessments.
  • Update and maintain caller records in our CRM system, ensuring attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information.
  • Maintain company confidentiality and data security standards while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics, adapting to different campaigns and procedures as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient multitasking ability, with experience adapting to different campaigns.
  • Technological proficiency, comfortable navigating multiple systems, including CRM.

Must have a quiet workspace and necessary equipment including:

  • USB Headset
  • Windows 10 or higher or Mac OS X 10.11 or higher, 8GB Ram, 250 GB Hard-Drive space
  • Stable internet connection (minimum speed: 30 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)
  • Webcam (required for meetings)

We offer a competitive full-time salary of $13/hr, with opportunities for attendance ($2/hr) and performance bonuses (up to $12+/hr).
