Randall Reilly Asset Intelligence Team is looking for a Digital Onboarding Specialist

About Us: Randall Reilly provides data-driven solutions for clients in the Trucking, Construction, Driver Recruiting, and Agriculture markets.

This role must understand and effectively communicate client and digital marketing needs to achieve flawless execution of digital campaigns. Serve as a client advocate to ensure onboarding of digital marketing assets is seamless and provide superior client service to maximum results and improve client retention. Submit precise and prompt billing orders to ensure Randall Reilly invoices clients correctly.

What you'll do:

  • Utilize strategies that maximize client onboarding, engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Liaison to internal teams to ensure programs are set up and launched according to contract scope based on the customer’s desired business outcomes.
  • Continuous account review for a quality onboarding experience.
  • Align with Digital Account Managers to ensure on time digital campaign executions
  • Maintain documentation of up-to-date client contacts, service orders and touch points in a contact management system.

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $55,000year - $63,000/year. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training.
