Barista (ft)

 

We're looking for a fun, energetic, positive and friendly Barista to join our team at our organization's coffee shop. The ideal candidate for our Barista Position will have prior experience working in a coffee shop and will enjoy assisting customers with special requests, adding on-the-spot creativity to common drinks and interacting with the public.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble drink orders based on customers' taste preferences and specifications.

• Inform customers of beverages made with non-dairy alternatives.
• Grind coffee beans and operate espresso machine.
• Learn the "signature" drinks served at the shop.
• Make specialty drinks to customer specifications. (For example, lattes, cappuccinos, mochas.).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
