Manager, Inclusive Culture & Experiences
The Manager, DEI Inclusive Culture & Experiences reports to the Director, DEI Inclusive Culture & Experiences and will focus on providing an effective and impactful operational framework, facilitating the execution of the TWDC’s enterprise-wide DEI Council priorities through coordination, communications, and project management.

Responsibilities:
Provide strategic planning and operational support to the enterprise-wide DEI Council
Work closely with business DEI partners to integrate and connect priorities and approach where needed, between enterprise-wide and segment/LOB specific DEI Councils
Manage multiple large-scale projects, working with stakeholders to deliver and execute through completion
Leverage project management methodologies to provide ongoing status updates, track work-streams, and manage progress against deadlines
Effectively write, prepare, and build project documents, presentations, business updates, and end-user communications
Manage preparation and follow-up for Council meetings, curating content, building agendas, coordinating scheduling, and note-taking
Support and prepare, as needed, high-level presentations for senior leaders with content development, research, stakeholder coordination and visual aid creation (working with designers)
Build trusted relationships across stakeholder groups to ensure strong coordination and integration with key partners
Triage and delegate incoming requests from internal groups
Develop internal communications and operational tools to amplify and organize Council work
Join regular cadence of Council meetings to ensure strong grasp of direction and support alignment among stakeholders

Qualifications:
Superior organizational and project management skills, as demonstrated by an ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects to achieve milestones and objectives
Ability to take multiple and complex concepts/ideas and distill into simple, executable action plans and organized meeting notes that are clear and help drive results
Solid problem-solving skills, and ability to focus both strategically and tactically to achieve project goals
Understanding of managing work/role clarity through ARCI and/or other accountability processes
Demonstrated business savvy, confidence to interface with all levels and ability to maintain confidentiality
Demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed environment
Strong knowledge of Disney businesses
Demonstrated hands-on expertise in Microsoft Office productivity tools and Apple tools
Willingness to flex work hours to accommodate multiple time zones
Deep cultural competence and understanding of DEI practices
Preferred Experience
5+ years of progressive work experience in project/program management, operations or similar organizational roles
2 years minimum in DEI or DEI adjacent role
Required Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
The hiring range for this position in California is $128,850.00 - $165,000.00 per year and in New York is $135,192.00 - $172,920.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
