How you will impact the organization…

We are looking for an A/R Specialist to join our Consensus Finance team. The ideal candidate is responsible for all aspects of billing, posting receipts, clearing unapplied cash, and responding timely to customer questions. They will be a self-starter with great attention to detail and customer service skills; accounts receivable experience required. The ability to be flexible with daily responsibilities, work independently but also in a team environment is very important.

The value you will deliver…

• Respond to customer billing questions, customer disputes and escalate to supervisor or manager as needed.
• Assist in the mailing of the invoices to customers and processing all administrative. materials as required.
• Quality assurance of monthly invoices generated from various billing platforms.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable policies, procedures, and controls.
• Set up new accounts.
• Assist with credit card transactions.
• Answer calls from phone queues.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Consensus reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

What you will bring to the table…

• 5+ years experience billing experience.
• 3+ years of experience in posting and applying cash receipts and credit cards.
• 1+ years experience posting credit cards, work with sales, set up new accounts, and full billing process.
• 1+ years of experience with Oracle Financials software.
• 1+ year of experience with Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of entire accounts receivable cycle.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including Lookups and Pivot Tables.
• Ability to work required overtime during billing cycles.
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
• Strong analytical mentality.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Excepetional organizational skills.
• Storng verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail.

You will stand out if you also have…

• 5+ years of experience in posting and applying cash receipts and credit cards preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Financials software preferred.

• Location requirements: This role is fully remote within the US
• Travel requirements: No travel required
• Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time.
• Technology requirements: Reliable, high speed internet
