L2L is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to manage human resource needs for the
fast-growing business. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position. The HR Business Partner
will report directly to the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and work with other executives and
senior managers.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Build an effective pipeline of applications, review resumes and conduct candidate
- Assist leadership in identifying talent gaps, defining job requirements and drafting job
- Coordinate new hire onboarding including drafting/issuing offer letters, setting up
- Own the offboarding process including termination/resignation letters, exit interviews,
- Coordinate and manage existing employee human resources issues, as necessary
- Manage the Company’s benefits package and open enrollment process and seek to
- Facilitate training and compliance sessions as needed (ie. management training,
- Own the annual performance review process including managing the calendar, assisting
in developing performance plans (as necessary) and issuing salary increase/new title
documentation
- Manage HR systems including Rippling and AssessTEAM and find ways to more
- Put formal policies/procedures in-place around human resource related items, as
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement plans that improve
- Strategize, plan and execute initiatives that will support the long-term growth of the
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State employee laws in conjunction with outside
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of related human resources or people management experience
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidential information in a discrete and professional manner
- Team-player with a “can do” attitude who is eager to jump into a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and across multiple levels within the organization
- Desire for a remote work environment
