With the presence of our sales team in the US, we are looking to recruit a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team, to lead the operations of our marketing events across the US, to work closely with our Marketing & Sales teams on a journey to promote Sentra to cloud-based companies across the US.

As a Marketing Operations Manager in Sentra you will:
- Manage, plan, and implement logistics for conferences, roadshows, dinners, lunches, sporting events, trade shows, leadership training events, incentive programs, webinars, and direct mail across the US.
- Being a strategic pipeline partner to sales and leadership; collaborating and working cross-functionally with internal teams; maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Work according to a defined budget and maximize the activities within this budget frame.
- Working with the sales team to get constant feedback and adjust the operations of the events to increase ROI and meet KPI’s
- Work with the marketing team to align on specific needs, messaging and design guidelines
To be a Marketing Operations Manager in Sentra you need:
- Minimum 1 years experience in an operations / marketing position with proven 'can do approach, ability to work individually and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience working in an early stage start-up, preferably in the Cyber Security domain - an advantage
- Manage all aspects of venue coordination, including meeting space allocation, meeting room set-up diagrams, food & beverage, electrical, and internet.
- Manage DMC and outside vendors, including Audio Visual, Production, Entertainment, IT/Internet, Photographer, Printer, Security, Shipping, Translation and Transportation.
- Ability to get into details and see the big picture at the same time.
- Legal knowledge or experience - strong advantage
- “Hands-on” and “can-do” attitude - A MUST.
Sentra US is a remote first company, applicants must reside in the US and have the authorization to work in the US. This is a part time position that can expand based on the candidate’s capabilities and the company’s needs.
