We are looking to fill an immediate opening for an organized and detail-oriented Outside Sales Representative to initiate contact with potential clients and create tailored-fit proposals that will meet customer’s needs. The position responsibilities of this job include traveling to assigned territories to directly meet with potential and current clients. Discuss their requirements, provide product and service demonstrations, negotiate sales contracts, and inform them of new product and service releases and updates.

Primary Responsibilities:

Qualify prospects within assigned sales territory and build a consistent pipeline to meet sales goalsQuickly move prospects through the sales process by delivering outstanding consultative, sales, and customer experience
Update sales and client databases with current information
Be informed on the latest industry developments by attending team meetings and ongoing trainings
Negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales

Outside Sales Representative Requirements:
Proven track record of outside sales experience preferred
Computer-literate and is familiar with CRM software

Additional Position Qualifications:
Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license - licensing reimbursement offered)
Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience. Candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion will be considered, as will candidates with less than 4 years of professional work experience who have relevant or specialized outside sales experience.
