Flour Delivery Driver - Part time [United States]

We are looking for a part-time driver to help mainly on weekends.

The duties of this job will include delivering products in a safe, courteous, timely and professional manner. You will assist with connecting and disconnecting hoses for loading and unloading bulk flour.

Requirements of a successful Flour Delivery Driver

• High school diploma or GED
• Current Class A CDL. Tanker endorsement preferred, but not required
• At least 2 years of tractor trailer driving experience, 3 years preferred
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Work weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)
• Experience driving in the snow and ice
• Able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen and reference checks and successfully pass Bartlett’s road test, which will include a proper pre and post trip inspection of the vehicle

Here are some of the physical requirements of the role:

• Climb into and out of cab multiple times per shift
• Climb a ladder and steps 10 or more times a day
• Lift 50 or more pounds daily while climbing steps
• Drive and work in adverse weather conditions
• Hook and unhook hoses and open and close valves

All employees shall be subject to drug testing and background checks.
