What your responsibilities will be:

• Greet patients
• Check-in and check-out patients
• Assist patients with required paperwork for dental services and financial responsibilities
• Collect payments and post payments to patient accounts

• Keep the reception area neat and clean
• Check emails and voicemails- Respond in a timely manner
• Communicate with other departments for support
• Participate in various projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management
• Answer phone calls and transfer them to the correct department/person
