Claims Investigator

Claims Investigators are responsible for conducting thorough interviews of all parties involved in workers’ compensation claim injuries, providing timely updates to the client and writing comprehensive reports in a timely manner.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Must be Bilingual in Spanish
  • Experience required in insurance or claims investigations and/or a working knowledge of AOE/COE workers’ compensation claims.
  • Experience preferred in claims/accident interviewing and investigations
  • Experience taking claims statements in person or over the phone preferred
  • Insurance, claims, and/or accident adjuster experience a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Reliable vehicle, computer, multi-page scanner printer
  • Travel is required for this position*
