Production Assistant

 

Our organization, LAMILL COFFEE, is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a new member to join our production team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, have a presentable appearance, work well in a team, and be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license is also required.

The following are the essential duties and responsibilities that the successful candidate will perform:

- Uphold and implement company safety policies and procedures

- Ensure compliance with company procedures and state laws

- Oversee productivity and efficiency, ensuring client satisfaction

- Work well with others

- Maintain regular and predictable attendance

- Process samples, sales, and online orders

- Assist with bagging and blending of coffee and tea

- Ensure complete shipping and receiving of orders

- Restock inventory and upkeep warehouse

- Ensure quality control of labeling, packing, and stocking of the product

- Assist with keeping the production area tidy

- Keep stock of loose and bagged tea

- Process all orders

- Use forklift when necessary

- Ability to lift or maneuver up to 50 lbs

The candidate must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with at least 1-2 years of related experience. Barista or cafe experience is a plus.LAMILL COFFEE is an organization with the main focus on superior quality and maximum customer satisfaction. We are seeking an individual to be a part of our production team. The successful candidate must be customer service-oriented, have a neat appearance and be a team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
